Wild Salmon done right

  • 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 2 tlbs Lemon Zest
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Filet of Salmon

    1. Mix the first 4 ingredients together
    2. Rub filet and let sit at room temp for 45 minutes
    3. Broil 8-10 minutes
