Sashmi Won Taco’s

I am still working out the details.

This recipe came from Guy’s show, Diners Drive in’s and Dives. I have looked it up on line and referenced it to the the video and there are differences.

• Jamaica =1
• Mango =1.5
• Red onion .75
• Cilantro a little maybe use parsley
• sweet chilly sauce
• soy sauce
• Jalapeno or my peppers
• salt

Use as is or add tuna and let sit a little

• Wasabi cream sauce
• Heavy Cream
• Salt
• Sugar
• Lemon juice
• Rice vinegar
• Wasabi powder
• Sour Cream
