Millionaire’s Fudge

The fudge has been around for many years. Rooney can only make this when the weather if right.

  • 4 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1 – 12oz. package chocolate chips
  • 1 – 7oz jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 – 12oz can pet evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 – 12oz jar crunchy peanut butter

  1. Butter a 14″ jelly-roll pan or 2 smaller pans with extra butter
  2. Mix sugar, milk, butter and chocolate chips in a 3 qt. pot
  3. Bring to a fast boil and stir occasionally. Boil for 8 minutes
  4. Remove from heat
  5. Add marshmallow creme, peanut butter, stir until mixed
  6. Add vanilla and stir until mixed
  7. Pour into buttered pan/pans and spread around
  8. Allow to cool and harden
  9. Cut in to squares and serve

Note: Depending on the weather / rain / humidity, it may need to cook a little longer. The weather will also affect the amount of time it takes to setup.
