
This is a great Cajun Cream Sauce that can go with a few different protiens, Shrimp, Chicken, or Crawfish.
Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 medium Onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 bunch green onions (chopped)
- 1/2 tbs. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 2 jars Alfredo Sauce (classic)
- 1 qt. half/half
- 5-8 oz parmesan cheese (graded)
- 1 jar Paul Prudomme’s (blackedn redfish seasoning)
- 2 1/2 lbs. shrimp (peeled and de-veined)
- 2 boxes bow tie pasta
Directions:
- Saute’ onions, butter garlic and green onions.
- Add blacken redfish seasoning and cayenne pepper and saute’ for 2-3 miutes
- Add shrimp and cook till pink.
- Add Alfredo Sauce, half/half and simmer for 20-30 minutes
- Add cooked pasta
Notes:
After cookoing this many times we have a few variations and notes:
We do not use the Cayenne pepper.
You can also add Sauted Mushrooms

The Alfreedo sauce jars are 15 oz
Blacken Redfish seasooning, is 2 oz or 1/3 cup
Pasta Boxes, we use 1.5 boxes, 24 oz.
This makes 25 8 oz servings
