Pig candy! What ever you call it, you can’t go wrong. On this recipe, we are using a pork butt but you could use a pork belly
Ingredients:
- 1 Boneless Pork Butt
- BBQ seasoning
- 1-2 sticks Butter
- BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Cut the pork butt into 1 inch cubes
- Season the piece with the BBQ seasoning
- set the BBQ pit up to be indirect cooking, targeting 275
- Cook till about 2 hours or until the internal temp is 165
- Transfer to a pan and add the butter and BBQ sauce, you can also add a little more seasoning if you feel it is necessary.
- Cover and continue cooking for about 1 hour or until the internal temp is 203
