Donut Bread Pudding


  • Leftover donuts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Place the donut pieces in a baking dish and pour the egg mixture over them.
  4. Allow the donuts to soak for about 15 minutes.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of caramel sauce.
