Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- Filet of Salmon
Directions
- Mix the first 4 ingredients together
- Rub filet and let sit at room temp for 45 minutes
- Broil 8-10 minutes
