2 Ingredient Biscuits

Simple and had to try myself and these are light and fluffy.

Directions

  1. Add 1 cup of heavy cream to the flour and fold gently
  2. Add more as needed to get a crumbly mixture, not too wet
  3. Flour your work surface and pour spoon mixture on to the surface
  4. Gently flatten the dough to a sheet about 1/2 in thick
  5. Use a cuter to cut the biscuits to the size you like
  6. Place on a cookie sheet with sides touching (this help the rise)
  7. Brush a little heavy cream on the top of the biscuits
  8. Bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes
